In this chapter, the headspace gas chromatography method and its applications are discussed. The main purpose of the headspace method is to investigate the phase equilibria in liquid-liquid or solid-liquid systems. A technical description of the headspace method is given. Vapor-liquid equilibria in binary systems have been investigated. |
